Drive was long but beautiful through the Sahara. Paved all the way with only one short pass of just one lane. Driving with the Atlantic on the right and the desert on the left is an awesome experience. We stopped and took photographs along a jagged edge of the coast – most beautiful, since desert made of flat, flawless sand with a few stones and almost no growth of bush. Then drive on to Dakhla, which is situated on a peninsula, so suddenly the Atlantic appears on the left.
