We chose Augustiner Bierhall for dinner instead of the Hof Brau Haus since Jim and I both visited the famous place on prior trips. Plus, locals told us Augustiner was more authentic. Large salted sourdough pretzels sat on each table. I had a combination of suckling pig, pig’s knuckle and duck with a potato dumpling. Jim had pig’s knuckle with potato dumpling. We drank lots of German beer.
